I’m modflowers… hello!
I am a vintage fabric addict, designer-maker, textile artist, interiors obsessive, doll and creature creator, charity shop rummager, stitcher, floraholic and fair-weather gardener.
I blog about stuff I fall in love with, things I make, memories and other bits and bobs that inspire or intrigue me.
I have a weakness for vintage fabrics from the 1960s and 70s, and I love to transform them into quirky dolls and tiny creature creations that make people smile. All of my works are designed by me and made from reused or recycled fabrics and materials wherever possible.
I sell on Etsy and I’m more than happy to discuss custom orders and collaborations. I also write the occasional sewing tutorial which have been published in magazines including Mollie Makes and Love Sewing.
I’m based in Nottingham, England and make all my creations in my living room workspace or at our kitchen table, with a cup of Earl Grey and the sound of voices rambling from the radio to keep me company.
It’s always lovely to hear from you, so don’t be shy – get in touch, leave a comment or say hello!
Thanks for visiting!
