I’m modflowers… hello!
I am a vintage fabric addict, designer-maker, textile artist, interiors enthusiast, dollmaker, charity shop rummager, stitcher, floraholic and fair-weather gardener.
My blog is about stuff I fall in love with, things I make, art, memories and whatever else inspires me.
I gather unloved fabrics from the 1960s and 1970s to transform into quirky dolls and tiny creatures that make people smile – all designed by me.
I sell on Etsy and I’m more than happy to discuss custom orders and collaborations. I also write the occasional sewing tutorial which have been published in magazines including Mollie Makes and Love Sewing.
My creations take shape in my living room workspace and at our kitchen table in Nottingham, England, usually accompanied by a cup of Earl Grey and the sound of voices rambling from the radio.
It’s always lovely to hear from you, so don’t be shy – get in touch, leave a comment or say hello!
Thanks for visiting!
