I’ve been trying to get a few things sorted out in our house recently.
We are expecting guests over Christmas, and our usual state of unfinished chaos upstairs just will not do.
Over the last few years we have inherited the fallout from two cleared parental homes, much of which we still need to deal with. Not to mention our own accumulated rubbish.
I have booked someone to decorate our dingy attic, so that’s a start.
I’m sure we’ll get there in the end.
But real life is so much more messy and difficult than it appears on Pinterest, isn’t it? ♥
They are gorgeous, especially the second one down – looks like heaven to me!
I wish I had less stuff / clutter!
I’m trying to clear our clutter at the moment, but it seems to just build up and build up until I feel paralysed by the thought of tackling it!
Love the rooms. Agree that real life is a little bit messier.
Oh I know what you mean … I am trying to clear our upstairs for decorating too … we have so much stuff though, I will have to be ruthless … I keep thinking how much nicer it will be … I need something to spur me on … Bee xx
I am still trying to achieve the Pinterest life. As long as no-one checks any of my cupboards, the attic or the garage I am half way there…
