Checking my emails for the first time in – ahem – a while, I had a shock last night.
I just found out that one of my makes, the cat cushion tutorial previously featured in Mollie Makes, is going to be featured in The Sunday People newspaper’s free supplement, Love Sunday!
I am, to put it mildly, flabbergasted by this news.
If anyone had ever told me that a national newspaper – any national newspaper – would choose to feature one of my makes, I would have been taken aback.
But if they had then gone on to say that the newspaper in question would be The Sunday People, a popular tabloid, I would have laughed like a drain and told them not to be so silly.
But it seems that this exceedingly unlikely turn of events is true, and will be happening in September (the issue will be on sale on the 7th).
Life moves in mysterious ways.
And so do newspapers, apparently. ♥

Brace yourself for an onslaught of enquiries – do make sure the paper publishes some contact info for you so you can take advantage. I think it’s wonderful news.
