The things I do for sales!
Last night I set off with a trio of stitchy pictures to contribute an exhibition in a local pub.
Today I am setting off on the bus, with the bag of goodies pictured above, destined for a pop-up shop happening in a tapas bar.
And tomorrow I will be setting off with another bag of my makes, heading for a gallery/pop-up shop in a college.
Finally, after all that, I will be packing yet another bag.
But the last one won’t be full of work. It’ll be for play. Because apart from online sales and a few commissions, that’ll be me done for Christmas.
And Australia beckons! ♥
Oh dear, the temptation to let rip with ‘Letting the cat out of the bag’ jokes. I shall restrain myself, however. So, you’re heading for my neck of the woods! Will you still be posting while you’re away? I have become accustomed to looking out for your posts at the same time each day. It will all go wonky if you’re actually here, even if you’ll be in NSW and on Daylight Saving Time, instead of on Queensland Proper Time…
