I just love the way that these prints by Valériane Leblond reflect perfectly the concentration involved in stitching a quilt.
The subjects seem totally immersed in their work.
I know and love that feeling only too well.
The artist, a French and Quebecker artist who has lived in Wales since 2007, draws her inspiration from the local landscapes and architecture and the traditional Welsh way of life.
