I have never really been much of a fan of working at weekends.

When, years ago, I worked in a shop, I put up with working on Saturdays.

Actually, it wasn’t that bad. Quite enjoyable, usually.

And so it was this weekend.

I am running out of time to get everything made and sorted out for my stall next weekend at the Secret Garden Craft Fair.

So I decided to catch up a bit this weekend and make a few more doll face brooches.

As you can see, I got a nice little batch completed.

And most enjoyable it was, too.

I forget sometimes, having discovered the truth of it so late in life, that doing what you love just doesn’t feel like work. ♥
