The time has come. Tidy up time, that is.

To plump up the cushions, get out the fairy lights and put away the sewing.

It is time to clear away the chaos that has ruled the rear of our living room.

To fold up and tidy away those piles of fabric that have been heaped about everywhere over the past few months.

Time to finally make proper use of that cupboard I painted in the summer, to contain the prettiness and keep it safely stored away, for now.

It is a time of anticipation.

Time to make ready for my sister and family to arrive. ♥
