One of the more popular pictures I shared recently was a collection of vintage trims.

I spotted them on ebay and, tempted, had them on watch for a while. But in the end I didn’t buy them because they were a bit ‘spensive.

But someone bought them, and judging by the popularity of the picture, I know I’m not the only one who likes a bit of trimmery.

Anyway, I had to pop into town yesterday for some supplies…

I tried to get them on Sunday when we were there, but sensible folk that they are, market traders have a day off on Sundays.

So I had to revisit the haberdashery stall today.

It’s not the biggest selection in the world. And there wasn’t any thing quite as pretty as those vintage trims.

But I couldn’t resist indulging in a few bits.

After all, where else can you treat yourself for just 50p a metre? ♥
